Extra help formatting the spell

When you write the spell, include an appendix with basically big footnotes explaining the reasoning behind each decision you make in the spell.  

Remember, it's an important step because there is power in every intention, which is every decision.  

If you made choices because of something you read somewhere, include that source in the corresponding footnote.

So that, if you have thirteen decisions compiling your spell, there will be thirteen footnotes, too.
